FORKS — Calling it a “successful unsuccessful” rocket engine test, two aerospace engineers with Space Transport Corp. on Tuesday sent a thunderous fireball into the air over Forks Industrial Park.

The problem, Meier explained, was that the rocket fuel propellant mixture was apparently not properly mixed.
