The Clallam County Public Utility District and Bonneville Power Administration are reporting that power has been restored to the West End communities of Forks, LaPush, Sappho, Beaver, Sekiu and Clallam Bay.
The outage at the Sappho substation was deemed by the PUD as a Bonneville issue.
Power went out shortly after 11 a.m.
