PORT TOWNSEND — The Madrona MindBody Institute will continue to offer its Senior FIT/Chair Yoga classes online at 11 a.m. Wednesdays through January.
The free, 45-minute classes include light cardio, gentle stretching, strengthening and balance work that is suitable for most people.
Although some of the movements are done standing, all of them can be adapted for those who need or prefer to remain seated.
The classes are facilitated by Renee Klein, a certified yoga therapist and certified senior fitness instructor.
