The DAISY Foundation has recognized John Petrisin-Connelly with its DAISY award. Petrisin-Connelly is a registered nurse in the emergency department at Olympic Medical Center. The award recognizes extraordinary, compassionate care provided to patients and families. The foundation, which takes its name from the acronym Diseases Attacking the Immune System, was established by the family of J.
