Birding hiking tours scheduled for Fort Flagler State Park

NORDLAND — Beverly McNeil will lead a bird walk at 9 a.m. Saturday.

The twice-monthly hikes on Fort Flagler State Park, 10541 Flagler Rd., are subject to cancellation due to bad weather.

McNeil is a photographer and Admiralty Audubon Society trip leader.

Attendees should wear sturdy footwear, dress for changeable weather and bring their own water and binoculars.
