I am against the non-native oyster farm the Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe wants to build in the Dungeness Refuge.
This farm will degrade the habitat for native wildlife and habitat.
Unsightly black oyster bags and equipment will be visible at low tide, and who will oversee that the migratory birds, seals, Dungeness crab, eagles, and more will have a safe nesting and feeding place.
This is a national refuge, not a place for a massive non-native oyster farm with polluting black bags, equipment and people distributing and killing native habitat.
Please say no to this massive farm.
