I was very upset after reading a Sunday paper rant about all the kittens being dumped on Ediz Hook.
I wonder if people are aware of the wonderful humane society we have here in Clallam County?
It is easy to get to from both Port Angeles and Sequim.
They will take in unwanted cats and kittens, dogs and puppies, as well as rabbits, guinea pigs and many other animals with no questions asked.
Please bring an animal to them instead of throwing it out to fend for itself with no food, water or shelter in such an isolated place.
Please call the Olympic Peninsula Humane Society if you need help or advice about what to do with an animal.
You will feel better knowing you saved a little life.
