LETTER:Covert racism?

In the ’70s, I became aware of affirmative action, the government’s attempt to even the playing field for minorities through a quota system.

Doors once closed in education and employment opened and gratefully, I benefited in both of those areas.

However, on one dreadful day in my life, I questioned why I needed to share my ethnicity background on a questionnaire that I was required to fill out on the day of my abortion.

The answer came years later when I heard Alveda King, Martin Luther King’s niece, speak.

She spoke of abortion as a form of genocide and how minorities, particularly blacks, are targeted for abortions.

Do you know that the number one killer of blacks is through abortion?”

Do you know that Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood, created something called the “Negro Project?”

Why has the Guttmacher Institute kept score on how many minorities have had abortions and who exactly is Guttmacher?

Before proudly acclaiming oneself as pro-choice, for the love of humanity, take the time to research the possibility that one of the reasons fueling the abortion industry is something called covert racism.
