LETTER: Man-made global warming hypothesis not validated

The “Look in the Mirror” commentary (Oct. 13, PDN) is not deterred by scientific facts.

Surveys show deep disagreement on scientific issues.

The man-made global warming hypothesis has not been validated, in my opinion.

Climate is an interdisciplinary subject requiring insights from many fields of study.

Many prominent experts disagree with the claims made by the intergovernmental panel of the United Nations.

The models used by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change are flawed.

These models systematically overestimate the sensitivity of climate to carbon dioxide.

Neither the rate nor the magnitude of late 20th century surface warming lay outside of normal variability.

The most repeated claim in the debate is that climate change is man-made and dangerous. This claim is not only false but an insult to science.

To expect a 16-year old girl from Scandinavia [Greta Thunberg] to validate the scientific imposters is insanity.
