Brakes on housing
I must comment on David Sullivan and his cohorts with the Jefferson County Commissioners concerning their newly imposed year-long moratorium on shooting ranges (“Jefferson County’s yearlong ban on shooting ranges puts D’Amico proposal on hold,” PDN, Dec. 20).
I think I have a solution to the problem: How about a moratorium on housing developments?
Check out what happened to the U.S. Navy’s research station on Fox Island.
It’s like the people who move into a housing development next to an airport and then complain about the danger and noise.
Go figure.
