LETTER: April data

How utterly deceptive and irresponsible for PDN editorial to suggest that service discrimination against more than 40 percent of the population will allow county restaurants and bars to “flourish.”

The Wall Street Journal reported April spending data shows that “vaccinated consumers are less likely to go out to restaurants, saloons and entertainment venues than those than don’t plan to get the vaccine.”

This existential business impact is far worse than imagined because the non-vaccinated outspend in the category, according to April data.
