Everyday I am subjected to the piercing sound of barking dogs, chain saws, lawnmowers, loud mufflers.
But you want to focus on Growlers which is practice for our military to protect us.
What is your agenda?

Are you hoping that if you complain enough they will ban Growlers?
Growlers produce a low rumble short term.
