North Olympic Library System to present cooking demonstration

PORT ANGELES — The North Olympic Library System will present “In the Kitchen with NOLS: Colorful Spices” at 6 p.m. Thursday.

The free presentation, part of the Summer Reading Program, will stream on Zoom.

Attendees must register at www.nols.org to reserve a spice kit and to receive the link to the presentation.

Spice kits, which are available at all library branches, include spice packets, recipes and ingredient lists.

Participants may cook along with library staff during the presentation or save the kits to prepare the dishes later.
