Manresa Castle offers Friday night jazz series

PORT TOWNSEND — Vocalist Jean Lenke and her trio will start a Friday night jazz series this week in the Rook Cafe at Manresa Castle, 651 Cleveland St., with no cover charge for the live music from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m.

Alongside pianist George Radebaugh and guitarist Chuck Easton, Lenke will fill her sets with jazz standards, bossa novas, jazz-folk, blues, pop and rock from the 1960s and ’70s.

The Castle’s Friday night series will continue with the Jean Lenke trio July 9 and July 16; then come Tony Petrillo and his Roundabout Quartet July 23 and Sarah Shea’s band July 30.
