Joshua J. Superstar to perform at libraries

The North Olympic Library System will bring Joshua J. Superstar and his comedy stunts to Forks, Sequim and Port Angeles libraries today.

His first performance will be at 10:30 a.m. at the Sequim Library, 630 North Sequim Ave.

The Forks performance will be at 2:30 p.m. at the Forks First Congregational Church, 280 S. Spartan Ave.

His final performance will be at 6:30 p.m. the Port Angeles Library, 2210 S. Peabody St.

Joshua J. Superstar fuses comedy, stunts and audience participation into his show.

Typical performances might include everything from balancing a ladder on his face while riding a 6-foot-tall unicycle or pulling a full-grown man out of the audience and taking him for a ride on his unicycle.

He might even juggle a child.

The show is part of the Summer Reading Program for the North Olympic Library System, which oversees public libraries in Port Angeles, Sequim, Forks and Clallam Bay.
