FORKS — Piecemakers Quilt Club is hosting its 20th anniversary Fabric of the Forest Quilt Show today, Saturday and Sunday at the Forks High School Auxiliary Gym.
The show will be open to the public at the gym, at 261 Spartan Ave., from noon to 6 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday.
Admission is free but donations are appreciated.
This year’s show features more than 100 quilts by local quilters, a raffle quilt, classes, demonstrations on T-shirt quilts and wool appliqué, vendors, a tag sale and sewing machine cleaning.
Acclaimed quilter Sue Bouchard will offer classes today and Saturday and present a Trunk Show at 7 p.m. tonight at the Congregational Church, 280 S. Spartan Ave.
Piecemakers Quilt Club is an educational group that teaches all levels of quilting.
Its purpose is to encourage the art of quilting through classes, get-togethers, retreats and the annual Quilt Show.
