Easter egg hunts start early on Peninsula

With Easter falling on April 1 this year, most scheduled East Egg hunts will be next weekend.

However, at least two hunts are planned for this weekend.

Here they are.

Adult egg hunt

FORKS — Adults can search for eggs at an adult Easter egg hunt at Blakeslee’s Bar & Grill at 6 p.m. Saturday.

Participants must be at least 21 years old for the hunt at the bar, 1222 S. Forks Ave.

Kids’ Easter celebration

SEQUIM — An Easter egg hunt is planned at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the Sequim Bible Church’s Fellowship Hall.

The hunt will follow lunch, set from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., at the church at 847 N. Sequim Ave.

The hunt is for children 12 and younger.
