PORT ANGELES — The Every Friday Art Social kicks off at 4:30 p.m. Friday and will run to 6:30 p.m.
The free, all-ages, dog-friendly gathering is at Studio Bob, 118½ E. Front St.
The weekly gathering has grown out of the studio’s monthly Last Friday Art Social.
“While the gathering is very informal in structure, there will usually be a ‘guest artist’ on site, providing a deeper dive into the work they do, and letting people see up close how they make their art,” says Chris Allen, the studio manager.
The Loom Bar opens at 4 p.m. and there are plenty of games and puzzles for those who don’t do art, as well as a chance to view the art on the walls.
This month’s featured exhibit is “Fractal World Explorations: Fractal Art by Cory Ench,” which closes on Saturday.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, along with house made small plate snacks are available for purchase.
