Oak Harbor teen arrested for alleged kidnapping

A 17-year-old boy was arrested last week on suspicion of kidnapping a teenage girl at gunpoint.

Steve Snidarich of Masonry Restoration Consultants in Granite Falls uses a hammer and chisel to chip out the grout around the bricks of the Wheeler Theater at Fort Worden State Park on Thursday in Port Townsend as part of a project to preserve and restore the brick facade on the 94-year-old former soldiers movie house.
