OMC promotes McFall to patient experience manager

PORT ANGELES — Olympic Medical Center has promoted Michelle McFall to patient experience manager.
McFall has been a patient experience coordinator with OMC since 2015.
She recently earned certification as a Certified Patient Experience Professional from the Patient Experience Institute.
According to a press release, the patient experience department works to strengthen employee-patient communication and courtesy, decrease wait times, implement age-friendly care and improve comfort for patients.
