SEQUIM — Angelo Spandrio is a very successful businessman.
He wants to share the lessons he’s learned in more than 30 years as a “solopreneur” in the world of electronics, import and export, and related fields.
And he will work with you at no cost.
His services are free to solo entrepreneurs and other small-business owners, including those who are home-based.
“I became fed up with the 8 to 5 grind and jumped into the world of the solopreneur,” said Spandrio, who lives with his wife in Sequim. She also has her own business.
“Of course, the term solopreneur had not yet been invented at that time.
“I can honestly tell you that I made many mistakes and had to learn many things the hard way.
“These mistakes cost me time and money.
“However, my business became fairly successful and over the years has provided a comfortable life for me and my family.
“I have truly loved the freedom, independence and pride that the business has given me.
“Our desire is that you have success in your business, and we would like to help you avoid the mistakes that we made if we can.
“There is no charge for our help, ever.
“It is our way of giving something back and supporting small business.”
Spandrio likes the nuts and bolts of building a business and wants “to help entrepreneurs overcome the obstacles that may be holding them back from achieving successful operations.”
He can consult on the day-to-day operations of a small business — from start-up to licensing and permits, from pricing, billing, accounting and collections to taxes, banking, importing/exporting, customer service and other areas that require careful attention from business owners.
