Laughter club forming in Port Townsend

PORT TOWNSEND — A Laughter Club is forming in Port Townsend.
The club plans to meet from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Wednesdays through March 15 at the Quimper Unitarian Univeralist Fellowship, 2333 San Juan Ave.
