The days are getting longer

A hint of sunlight shines on a Washington State Ferry on Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2020, the day after the winter solstice, as it sails into Port Townsend.
The sun will rise a few more minutes earlier each day and set a few minutes later through the spring equinox March 20.
