Roadwork on Highway 104 to cause delays

SHINE — Maintenance crews will be repairing a damaged guardrail from 7 a.m. through 4 p.m. today through Thursday on state Highway 104 near the Hood Canal Bridge.

According to a press release, travelers can expect alternating single-lane traffic controlled by flaggers with delays of up to 15 minutes.

Crews will flush traffic in the event of a bridge opening.
