Julia Cochrane leads chants at a protest in Port Townsend on Monday against President Donald Trump’s declaration that there is a national emergency at the southern border.
Close to 100 people attended the protest, which was organized by Jefferson County Immigrant Rights Advocates.
It was one of many protests across the country Monday. One also was held in Sequim.
