Port Townsend musical group The Gray Whales — from left, Jane Channing, Joanne Pontrello, Paul Denison and Annie Schermer, all from Port Townsend — play an improptu concert on the M/V Kennewick as it traveled from Coupeville to Port Townsend on Monday afternoon.
The group was returning from playing at a wedding on Lopez Island, in the San Juans, over the weekend.
