PORT ANGELES — The Port Angeles City Council will conduct a workshop regarding the 2026-2031 Capital Facilities and Traffic Improvement plans during a special meeting at 5 p.m. Tuesday.
The hybrid meeting will be in council chambers at city hall, 321 E. Fifth St., Port Angeles.
