Flutter wand kits offered at Jefferson County Library

PORT HADLOCK — The Jefferson County Library has supplies and instruction to make flutter wands during regular library hours throughout October.

Youths ages 7 -11 years can use the new crafting station at the library, 620 Cedar Ave.

The project uses paper and a straw to make a bat or a butterfly flutter wand.
