Hoffman Trail closed for logging work

PORT TOWNSEND — The Walt Hoffman Trail at Gibbs Lake County Park will close Tuesday, according to a press release from Jefferson County Parks and Recreation.

The trail, which traverses the back side of the Gibbs Lake, will be closed for approximately a week to allow crews from Rayonier Timber Co. to log a strip of land adjacent to the park.
