More stadium access

Rusty Spencer, left, and Tom Brogan of Montesano-based Simmons & Sons Contracting work to install handrails on a newly constructed wheelchair ramp that leads from the parking lot to the field level of Civic Field in Port Angeles.
The ramp will provide additional access to events at the facility, including soccer, baseball and football games.
