PORT TOWNSEND — Joe Sastic, a mechanic for The ReCyclery, watches the chain mechanism on a bicycle Wednesday afternoon at the nonprofit shop at 1925 Blaine St.
Despite the wet weather, customers were walking through the shop, which is open from noon to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays.
