Sequim graduate, now at Western Washington University, receives $1,000 scholarship

BELLINGHAM — Western Washington University has announced that Alexis Paige Cromer has received the $1,000 David A. Rahm Memorial Endowment scholarship.

The scholarship is named after Rahm, a former professor at the university, and supports students in the school’s geology program.

Cromer, the daughter of Jim and Gail Cromer, is a 2016 graduate of Sequim High School.

She will begin her senior year this fall.
