PORT ANGELES — Traffic along East First Street was snarled by lane restrictions as state road crews patch sections of the roadway from Chambers Street to Golf Course Road on Thursday.
Congestion stretched nearly to downtown Port Angeles at times, while feeder streets faced significant delays.
