PHOTO: Quilt of Valor presented at Port Townsend Veterans Day ceremony

Retired Master Chief Chet Boutilier, U.S. Coast Guard (1958-1978) from Port Townsend, is draped with a Quilt of Valor by Susan Travis of Marristone Island during a presentation at American Legion Post 26 in Port Townsend on Sunday to celebrate Veterans Day and the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I on Nov. 11, 1918 at 11 a.m.

About 200 people attended the event.
