PORT ANGELES — Elgin Skewes, age 104, gets a “bucket list” ride on the back of Wayne Brokaw’s Harley-Davidson motorcycle in Port Angeles on Saturday. Seventeen Harley “Hooligans” on motorcycles escorted Skewes on her ride from her residence at Park View Villas out to Ediz Hook.
