Crews fight house fire near Sequim

SEQUIM — Clallam County Fire District 3 crews were fighting a structure fire at 191 Cascadia Loop in North Sunland on Thursday evening.

The fire was reported at about 4 p.m. The cause of the fire was unknown Thursday.

No people were hurt. Two small animals are unaccounted for, officials said.

The structure fire is in a duplex, and renters at 201 Cascadia Loop said they were told their home had severe smoke damage as of 5 p.m. No neighboring homes were reported damaged.
