Port Angeles Walmart evacuated for reported bomb threat

PORT ANGELES –– The Walmart on the east side of Port Angeles at 3411 E. Kolonels Way was evacuated Tuesday evening for a reported bomb threat, according to the Clallam County Sheriff’s Office.

The bomb threat was reported at about 5 p.m., said Undersheriff Ron Cameron.

Cameron said at about 5:30 p.m. that further details weren’t yet available.
