SEQUIM — The Police Department this afternoon said it has arrested a 25-year-old man in connection with someone impersonating a police officer.

They are interrogating Sean Earl Gormley in the investigation into an incident earlier today.

Here is the statement issued by Sequim police earlier this afternoon:

Gormley was last seen about noon on 02-15-13 on foot in the area of South Second Avenue and Bell Street in Sequim, wearing a gray stocking cap, black jacket, blue jeans, and carrying a black backpack.

He may have had some facial hair. The public is asked to call 9-1-1 if Gormley is spotted. He is to be considered armed.
