New interim director at Habitat for Humanity of Clallam County

PORT ANGELES — Liz Heath has been named interim executive director of Habitat for Humanity of Clallam County.
“Liz Heath has been active in all aspects of the nonprofit sector for more than 30 years,” said Habitat board President Dick Chambers.
“She brings a wealth of experience to our affiliate and will help strengthen our organizational structure in preparation for hiring a permanent full- time executive director later next year.”
Heath will begin her duties immediately.
“This is an outstanding group of volunteers helping families currently living in substandard housing to achieve homeownership,” Heath said.
“I look forward to working with the board, the staff and the community to make this dream possible for more people.”
