Port Angeles: Low-income housing needs need new study, official says

PORT ANGELES — With rental housing vacancies at less than 5 percent, the need for Clallam County’s low-income housing must be re-evaluated, a county official said.

That’s why Pam Teitz, Clallam County Housing Authority executive director, has approached county commissioners for their support of a $24,000 grant to fund such a housing assessment study.
