PHOTO: Off to the races at Tillicum Park in Forks

Children compete in gunny sack races at Tillicum Park in Forks on Sunday as part of the Kiddies Play Day.

The event, part of the Forks Old Fashioned 4th of July celebration, was sponsored by the Forks Lions Club.

Foot races, a balloon toss and watermelon eating contests were also held, with adults able to compete in some of the events.
