Tickets on sale for Shane Park benefit

PORT ANGELES — Tickets will be available Saturday for a March 26 benefit to raise money to install new playground equipment at Shane Park in Port Angeles.

Volunteers will sell tickets outside Swain’s General Store, 602 E. First St., Port Angeles, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday

Tickets for the pasta dinner and dance party, which includes raffle prizes and a silent auction, cost $30 per person or $50 per couple.

The event is planned at 7 p.m. March 26 at the Elks Naval Lodge in Port Angeles.

The community group will sell tickets from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, March 12 at the Port Angeles Safeway store at 110 E. Third St.

Tickets to the Shane Park benefit also are available at Northwest Fudge, Odyssey Bookstore, Laurel Lanes, Port Book and News, and Necessities and Temptations gift shop.
