SEQUIM — A little less than two weeks ago, the City Council voted to cut water and sewer hook-up fees in half.
Now, the city is considering reducing or eliminating those charges to low-cost housing residents.
Council members discussed the idea during its Wednesday work session after it was presented by the utility rates task force.
The council discussed how to determine who would be eligible.
