POST ANGELES — A retirement party for Venita “Nita” Lynn, the executive director of First Step Family Support Center, is set from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the Vern Burton Center, 308 E. Fourth St.
Lynn has been the organization’s executive director for 39 years.
A social hour and refreshments will begin at 4 p.m., and a presentation will follow at 5 p.m.
