Rally in the Alley cleanup set for Sequim

SEQUIM — There will be a Rally in the Alley event Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., or until the dumpsters are full.

Volunteers will be on hand to assist city residents with discarding unwanted items at no cost.

A dumpster will be located south of the softball fields at Carrie Blake Park, and another will be at the intersection of Still Road and East Hammond Street.

No tires, appliances, liquid paint, gas, fuel or oil will be accepted.

The rally is sponsored jointly by the city of Sequim, Habitat for Humanity of Clallam County and Murrey’s Olympic Disposal.
