PORT LUDLOW — A San Francisco-based company is poised to take over operations of the Port Ludlow Resort this week.
HCV Partners hopes to close the deal Wednesday and take over the Harbormaster Restaurant; Inn at Ludlow Bay; conference center; marina; golf course; sails operation’ a home building company; a water and sewer company and the rentals management office.
Not included in the sale is the resort’s privately owned residential area.
The resort is currently owned by Olympic Property Group, a subsidiary of Poulsbo-based Pope Resources, and several private owners.
Olympic Property Group and HCV officials have not disclosed the purchase price or terms of the sale.
