PORT ANGELES — A one-time Emergency School Repair and Renovation Grant will help upgrade the Port Angeles High School “spectator” gymnasium.
A public hearing for the $100,000 grant was conducted during a Monday night School Board meeting.
No one from the public commented on the use of the funding for the gym at 304 E. Park Ave.
District officials estimate repairs will cost approximately $129,000 and about $29,000 will be paid for by district capital project or bond project funding, officials said.
