PORT ANGELES — A red carpet, plates of bagels and a large gathering of people awaited the docking of the Spirit of Oceanus.
The passengers of the Cruise West ship, waved to onlookers at City Pier on Tuesday.
“This was a very grand welcome,” said John Moulds, captain of the Spirit of Oceanus.
“We are thrilled to be here and look forward to touring the town.”
