PHOTO: Port Angeles workers prepare city fountain for fall

PORT ANGELES — Destiny Walters, a seasonal worker for the Port Angeles Parks and Recreation Department, gathers plant debris after cleaning up some of the shrubbery at the base of the Olympic Visions mural at the Conrad Dyar Memorial Fountain in downtown Port Angeles.

Parks workers spent part of Thursday weeding and cleaning the fountain area in preparation for the end of the summer season.
