CARLSBORG β€” A man on a motorcycle led authorities on a brief pursuit in Carlsborg as deputies arrested two other people.

Clallam County sheriff’s deputies arrested Gina L. Gallacci, 31, and Jason W. Tuff, 29, for investigation of unconfirmed warrants at a Heath Road residence at about 2 p.m. Tuesday.

As the arrests were being made, a third, unidentified individual drove away from the same residence on a motorcycle, Undersheriff Ron Cameron said.

The man drove to a nearby field, where he ditched the motorcycle and fled on foot.

β€œIt was a very short chase,” Cameron said.

Cameron said deputies had no reason to continue the pursuit.

Gallacci was being held Wednesday on $1,500 bail in the Clallam County jail for a Class C felony warrant, two fail-to-appear warrants and a pay-or-appear warrant.

Tuff was being held Wednesday on $5,000 bond in the Jefferson County jail for a warrant related to a 2014 attempt-to-elude case.
